Who we are
We are an African-founded, non-profit organization based in Des Moines, Iowa. One Voice DSM fosters collaborative engagement among individuals, groups, and communities of African descent in Iowa. This is achieved through the intentional curation and presentation of narratives that authentically depict African cultures and communities from their own perspectives.

Our vision is to create an Iowa that is enriched by the presence of Africans who are thriving through their connection to each other and their communities.
